Insiders suggesting to take action in Gold right now?

On-Balance-Volume (OBV) started heading lower & diverged from GLD at (1) and Gold prices soon followed the insider selling pressure to the downside.

Now OBV is creating a series of lower highs, while GLD is creating higher lows at (2). Are insiders suggesting that GLD will trade lower for a while in the near future?
